It is advisable to carry your pictures to Concord for competition. The ABEA only requires you to mount, matt, and cover your work in clear cellophane for Judging.  If you choose to ship your pictures, use the address above and clearly state:

 

"Hold For"  and your name with your "arrival date" on the package.

 

Classes to be offered in Concord will be:

 

1. Open Class taught by Beverly Enos and Anita Palmer.  Bring your own picture ( as long as it is not M245)  to work on in class.

 

 

 

  

 

 

 

 

4. Original Design/Stitchery for those working on their Silver/Gold Designer certification.

Lila Lansrud will help you bring your own Size 3 design to life, helping you with color combinations. 

 

 Please bring:  

all your stitching needs                  paper transfer of the design, 

fabric with design on (size 3)         at least 3 shades of color families you wish to use

colored pencils,                               extra threads in other color combinations 

black and white threads                  small sampler for practicing stitches &color combinations.

 

Tour : Wednesday August 4, 2010.  Boston - Trolley Tour plus Free time at Fanueil Hall/Quincy Mkt $55.

 

Motor coach leaves at 9 AM to pick up trolley tour at 10 AM - 90 minute Boston tour plus 1 hour stop at the USS Constitution (Old Ironside).  1-4 PM free time at Fanueil Hall/Quincy Marketplace - back to Concord at 4 PM arrive 5-ish.  Cost $55.
